1. Who we are
AO3TI is the trade name under which Angel Oliveros, an individual domiciled in Ecuador, operates. Contact: [email protected].
2. Use of the site
- The information on the site is general guidance; it is not a binding offer.
- You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach its security or copy its content in bulk.
- We may change or suspend the site at any time.
3. Intellectual property
The AO3TI brand, its logo and the site’s texts, designs and videos belong to their owner and may not be used without written permission.
Zammad and other brands mentioned belong to their respective owners. AO3TI provides implementation, hosting and support for those tools.
4. Purchasing services
Each service is purchased through a written proposal or contract detailing scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment terms. If that proposal differs from these terms, the signed proposal prevails.
5. Prices and payments
- Published prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change; changes do not affect periods already paid.
- The AO3TI Helpdesk is billed per agent, monthly or annually, according to the chosen plan. Implementation is quoted separately.
- Other services are billed as agreed in the proposal.
6. Client obligations
- Provide the information and access needed to deliver the service.
- Use the services lawfully and have authorisation for the data it uploads to them.
- Protect its own and its team’s credentials.
7. Availability and support
We make reasonable efforts to keep hosted services continuously available, except for scheduled maintenance or causes beyond our control. Specific service and support levels are those stated in the purchased proposal.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AO3TI’s liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it. AO3TI is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.
9. Personal data
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy policy and our Security policy.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a service under the conditions of the proposal. On termination, the client may request a copy of its data within the following 30 days; after that period the data is securely deleted.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. The parties will try to resolve any dispute in good faith; failing that, they submit to the competent courts of Ecuador.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is the one published on this site with its update date.
